Background - Unknown until about three years ago, The Artist arrived in Hometown without a name or a past. No records exist in any country of this teenager, and it’s assumed either someone forgot to write his birth records down, or that he is in fact someone else altogether. In either case, he is a misunderstood guy. No one even knows his real name.

He holds the BLACK FOLDER, an item that contains intelligence from many countries, which he guards with his life.

He also has an Orange Folder, which contains some pictures of sexy reptiles. Which he likes, and protects just as much ^_-
