Background - After a mishap with his circumcision at birth, He lost his mind. His perpetual high voice and lack of male hormones caused him to become effeminate, but also a cold hearted destroyer of men’s souls (basically he became a woman). At the age of 16, he performed a hit for a street gang, and with the money he scored, he got hormone implants, and then became addicted to them. His high voice became a double burden, making him a target for ridicule, and a target for gay guys to hit on him.

His addiction to male hormones heightened at last his male urge to kill, and now whenever he takes his special brewed “Hormone X” (geddit?) he becomes a violent killer, a beast of a man, in no way related to jekkle and Hyde.
